Hi, just given out painters details to someone else on here as he was excellent. He painted our house top to bottom after a loft extension and was great. Reasonably priced and professional - Tony Burns - tel number 07584 198729

Used Aston the handyman to do some really grubby work for us today. He did a great job and was as friendly and professional as ever. Big plus - always tidies up after himself (place was spotless when I got back) Great guy. 07490 947355

I'll second that. Aston's done a few jobs for me from the small : hanging pictures and coat hooks to fitting doors. He's reliable, friendly and cleans up after himself! I'll be definitely using him again.

Hi there, I'm looking for a tiler and also someone who can hang an external door and build some cupboards in my loft eaves. Any recommendations gratefully received. Thanks!

Quick recommendation for the ladies at Pro Beauty on Hindmans road. I've been there a couple of times now but had the most amazing facial yesterday (crystal clear). I can honestly say it's the best one I have ever had. Lovely professional service to boot. Lovely treat.

Otherwise Tailors on Bellenden Rd. Tailors Name is Christopher- he's amazing. It's next door or next door but one to Bias clothes store.

Popped in here late afternoon on the off chance of a quick gel pedi (didn't want to scare people with my winter feet)! They fitted me in? Did a fantastic job, were totally professional and the place itself is a dream. Pristine clean interior. thanks guys, will be back!

Jane, I didn't say I was supporting the place. I thought I'd made myself clear. My connection to the restaurant has actually left and is no longer a part of the business. What I was implying was : I don't think your social life has anything to do with the school your children attend.I don't think there is any need to get personal by telling me to "look at myself" or by bringing the school and it's name (which has nothing to do with your actual incident) into it.

Mobile Beauty Therapists who work around babies & Toddlers...
libbyer replied to shanie1984's topic in Request a Tradesperson
I'd like to add a recommendation for the mani pedi wax club. I've used their mobile waxing and nail services for some time now and have always loved them and decided to try the aesthetics club. Dr Gooneratne is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely be going back to her. Great service and great results. -
former East Dulwich councillor - how can I help?
libbyer replied to James Barber's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Cool, thanks for all your help. So, the speed bump issue belongs to Peckham Rye ward and the one way issue (which is what the previous petition was concerned with a few years ago- people thought making Goodrich one way might stop the speeding ) belongs to East Dulwich...! Cool, got it, thanks guys. -

Hi James, I counted them myself...Hillcourt has three speed bumps leading onto Goodrich. I wonder if we are talking about the same corner? Thanks for the advice regarding crash map....this just confirms what I said in my original post : councils need to see a fatality before something is done....Thanks for the advice, I'll get onto Peckham Rye... I really thought Goodrich rd was part of the East Dulwich ward?
