Kitchen sink required asap for mortgage

In order to get a mortgage, we have to install a kitchen sink that can run hot and cold water in our new home. The kitchen had been ripped out before the owner had put it on the market.

Is anyone available this weekend and can quote us a price of a cheap sink installation (including the sink unit - any old thing is ok!) to get the mortgage application approved?

We have managed to get hold of some cheap kitchen units incl gas oven - they need to be ripped out, driven 15mins and put in the empty kitchen space we have. Looking for a quick one day job.
