It was a great game Mr.Ben and i wish Judds had have won it for you.J.H. has all the experience and cool as a cucumber.Still, get a bit back on Sunday and lay Man Utd cos the Blues will take the 3 points. Also class will prevail in the Champions League final when Barcelona will take the cup.Messi will educate Looney in the art of football and the arrogant serf will be chewing at 90 miles an hour.(but dont tell Laddymuck and the reds go marching on on on)

Go Go Go CHELSEA.

No Alan, not backing down,i stand by my opinions. My original post was for Mr.Ben to lay Man.U. so that he had Chelsea and the draw in his favour.Quids suggested a better bet would be to back Chelsea to win which would not be in Mr.Bens favour.Speaking for myself,as i said i stand by my opinions and have backed the Blues, albeit at slightly less odds than Betfair at 9/4 with Betfred.

Was at the Oaks yesterday and had 3 winners from 7 and made a small profit as relatively short odds winners. Nicolas Abbay won the coronation stakes in a superb battle with Henry Cecils horse Midday.

Backed Wonder of Wonders in the Oaks which came a close second.

Anyone following the Derby meeting today? any thoughts? Was going to back Kieran Fallon but he is ruled out now and might switch to the French horse Pour Moi....

    • Thanks i went to the chiropodist for my toenails! Not my gait. It was a remark he made on seeing my insoles, suggesting tennis ball w revised etc. .  He doesn’t do insoles and at that time i thought mine were ok. A podiatrist has sophisticated equipment for gait analysis etc. it’s not always just about your feet. I have flat feet but am also doing some wierd way of placing my feet. They are also v expensive ! re Guys self referral, I’m not in pain or immobile so think I’d wait a long time for an appointment!  However before my insoles I did have foot pain and also fell over my own clown feet quite regularly!   chiropractor is something different again.    I think I’m after a second opinion on my insoles.
    • Hey Huggers, please can you share the fabulous chiropodist's details?  Huggers, I think podiatrists are the same as chiropodists, pretty much. Also, why aren't you sticking with the chiropractor, out of interest, if they seem to think the problem is more posture-related, rather than solely (sorry) down to the feet?
    • Thankyou! Originally I had a private referral ( husband had health insurance at time) and so worn insoles for years but I still wear my shoes down in one place at a ridiculous rate! A fab chiropodist agrees with posture is everything stance. Experienced cobbler says some it ain’t right and I’m over corrected.
    • I've booked a session with Elmcourt Clinic in West Norwood, recommended by our daughter. A two-week wait for the slot, though.  https://www.elmcourtclinic.co.uk/
