Child's Room Clearance

A number of items are up for sale from our sons bedroom as he has now outgrown the furniture. All items will need to be purchased & collected fairly quickly so that room can be cleared. That said, negotiations on prices are welcome as long as they are reasonable.

1. Little Thomas the Tank Engine Bed RRP: ?350.00

Great toddler/child bed for sale. Excellent condition, no damage & a very fun bed for any toddler child who is a Thomas fan. Realistic 3D Thomas face at front of the bed with a number of places for storage around the bed. Can be assembled & disassembled very easily. Comes with mattress with a removable cover although the mattress has never been removed from plastic.

2. John Lewis Futon/Sofa Bed RRP: ?750

The futon is in very good condition & serves as a sofa or double bed. The frame is solid oak & the mattress is very thick, comfortable & quite heavy, ok it's very heavy! We originally brought the futon for my sons room to use for sleepovers however it mostly served as a sofa for his ever growing pile of teddy bears as you will see in the pictures.

Matching furniture in excellent condition, reasonable storage space, sturdy and doesn't take much room. Perfect for a toddlers or child's room.
