1 room available in flat very near East Dulwich station.

Council tax and water bills included. Internet is about ?11 a month, gas/electric varies.

About me, I am 34 and do IT in the city. Would be nice to live with people who enjoy the odd crafty drink out whilst respecting each others privacy.

No pets or smokers (not even out the window!) and professionals only please.

Landlord requires two months rent deposit, although is flexible with this. Eg, you can spread it over first two months etc.

However there are no agency fees!

Any questions give me a shout, viewings will be any evening after 6pm.

Thanks, Dan

    • It wasn't me who started the thread! Monica no longer lives locally. I've given my opinion, and so have others, which is that it should remain  a community notice board. If you think it's better used for commercial purposes, good luck to you with organising that and deciding who gets priority.  If local businesses have "little to no marketing budget", as you say in  another post above, they surely should have taken that into account before deciding to start up a business which needs marketing other than just having a shop front and/or posting on free  places like this forum?
    • Elise babysat for me at short notice when I had to travel, looking after my two boys.  Good communication, kept me updated, all went very smoothly and no complaints from the boys. Highly recommend.
    • He supported it, but if residents voted against it he would respect that.  Many of the CPZs round here were implemented after he left and Labour took over.
    • James Barber was very involved. I do though recall he was a big supporter of CPZ so am interested to understand his thinking on these locally, plus LTN, now, and how much heed he would take of majority opposition to implementation, as has been the case recently?
