Classico Pizza delivery

I ordered a pizza the other day from Classico Pizza which arrived late, and was cold. The courier also tried to charge me an extra ?2 which I pointed out to him was not the correct price. When I rang to complain, I was told the reason the pizza was cold was due to the rocket on the pizza!! Although I did think this was a rather ingenious reason!! ? I said the pizza was cold through and that rocket wouldn?t make the whole thing cold. I tried to get some compensation ? like free pizza for next time, but all he could offer was a starter for ?2 free. The pizza wasn?t great, service terrible and I certainly wouldn?t go back there? anyone else had similar experience there?

brought us the wrong pizza, right one finally arrived about an hour later, and a tad chilly. have only used them the once...

There are only pizza's in Rome, slim crispy baked delicious fare, here they should be renamed crapzzas, miserable soggy foul junk to the most part.

We waited just over an hour for ours the other day, having been promised a 30 minute wait! They were pretty 'chilled' when they arrived, but quite tasty I suppose. Think I'll go for a more local option next time. Firezza in herne Hill are excellent!
