House external repairs

Hi all

I am looking for recommendations for some external repairs for me.

Repairing some rotten wooden window sills and maybe a couple of window which are rotten at the bottom (i will double check today)

Removing old guttering and replacing and fixing cracks and some flakyness on the outside render.

Scaffolding will be erected for the redecoration, so this will make it easier..
