Need to look after yourself a little more?

I am an experienced yoga teacher and am setting up a new classes from September and look forward to welcoming some new students.

I teach gentle (Sivananda) yoga - a combination of breathing exercises as well as asanas (yoga positions) and relaxation. I have plenty of experience teaching pregnancy and post-pregnancy classes, as well as one-to-one classes adapting yoga to different bodies - My classes are small (same group, every week), friendly and adapted to the needs of those attending (frazzled parents, stiff backs, sore shoulders and necks... cyclists legs) while offering a full session for both body, mind and breath.

I teach from my quiet, comfortable home studio and for groups of up to 4 students. I am based at the end of Peckham Rye, near the Rye Pub.

Mats and blankets etc provided (so you can come straight from school/nursery drop off, or leave for wherever without carrying your mat!)

I have spaces on Monday and Wednesday morning classes at present, 9.30am-10.45am

(I also have spaces for 1-2-1 classes if that would suit you better)

Pm me for more information or a chat on the phone and to book in for one of the taster sessions I will be hosting in September.

    • Quote "it was quite clear that it wanted to nip me." Doesn't say clearly that it tried to bite you , but instead implies that you had the impression, right or wrong that it wanted to nip you.  unless you are clear others will read it how you write it.  As for being a jobsworth, what a quaint old expression, haven't heard that for a long while.
    • Crook locks can be sawn through, or the steering wheel to which it is attached, I know to my own cost. The safest additional security measure is what's called a ghost immobiliser, which cannot be traced through the car's electronics, meaning it is difficult to bypass. They cost a bomb however.
    • I’ve reported two instances of mobile phone theft to 999 in recent times. On both occasions several police units have arrived very quickly - in one case they found the perpetrator.
    • With all these high-end car thefts, surely there's a case to be made for all new cars to be supplied with a Crook Lock type device and having insurance invalidated if the owner does not have it in place when it is parked.
