Where in FH to where in the City? Though there's probably a hill to go up and over whichever way you go!

If you're coming down FHR you must be approaching it either from Honor Oak Road or Honor Oak Park? If so, just stay on the Honor Oak side of the railway track (Garthorne/Grierson Rd) and cross over at Brockley Way and wind your way down through Nunhead towards Peckham Rye...

I don't mind a hill. Just not that hill!

Although the competitive person in me is now determined to cycle all the way up and not have to push for the last bit, so I will no doubt persevere!
