Odd Estate Agent marketing ploy.

Anyone else get this hand written card through the door this morning? My property is not for sale so assume this is a marketing ploy by the company to get me to contact them. What do they think will happen? That I'll ring and their superstar sales team will be able to persuade me that I really wanted to sell my home but just hadn't realised it? Like it hadn't crossed my mind and I just needed a helpful estate agent to point it out to me, like buying a cordless vacuum cleaner?
