KateMontero
So if anyone has been following my huge lack of sleep / early morning problem (4.39am today) I have now sellotaped tinfoil to the windows. I look like I'm trying to turn my house into a nuclear safe-spot...But it totally blocks out ALL light and I'm optimistic that there will be some result. Watch this space... KateMontero
it helped in one way. he slept till 6.20am, the latest time in WEEKShowever, every time he woke during the night he cried - every 2 hours literally???? Maybe it was the pitch black around him! Nest stop, nightlight. Can I make one out of something from the kitchen? Peckhamgatecrasher
But won't that interfere with aliens trying to contact you? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/7125-tin-foil-on-my-windows/#findComment-227554 Share on other sites
nicolemodesti
Do you think it may be the tin foil acted as an insulator and he became too hot in the room?
