Looking for a room ASAP in East dulwich or anywhere nearby in Southwark/Lambeth.

Please send me a message if you have something to let me. I'm paying ?550 all inclusive a month so looking to pay something similar, 600 max.

Thank you!

Hi Dear

I have a spare room in ED underhill rd

I rent it from times to times on airbb but it is free at the moment

I have a booking starting 29th of september so You are welcome to take the room for ?600 on a temporary basis for roughly 4 weeks till you don t find something permanent

I understand You are looking for a more permanent solution but if You are in trouble and I can help pls let me know..

    • I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.
    • Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance.  The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.
    • This is an utterly foolish and alarmist statement, completely at odds with reality.
    • I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
