A bit of a strange one - but was so taken by surprise that I had to write about it. I found the staff genuinely eager to help everyone in the store and such a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Ditto the Peckham store-they seem to be run by genuine knowledgeable people (think it's a franchise?)
