Further data-matching is taking, or will shortly take place, for:

Adult non-dependents for housing benefit, council tax benefit, and single person council tax discount.

HMRC have announced, but I don't think started, on data-matching for undeclared rents from borrorw-to-let properties.

I also received this letter and had to send in a clear copy of my passport. Today Southwark have emailed me to confirm they have `added me` to the list... Amusing as i have been in this house for approx five years and voted during this time.

I was asked to confirm online and I know this is where the error occurred as afterwards I would receive two of every letter related to this.

Result: Dodgy gov.UK website!!

    • St Christopher's on LL I'd list them for free as well on this website.
    • I've got noisy neighbours.  Some are always cutting wood and metal over the weekend and into the summer evenings using mitre saws, angle grinders and the like.  Breaking up concrete with Kangos.  Getting concrete poured or skips changed at 7 in the morning. And then there are those to lazy (they say they are busy) to cut their lawns and hedges cut, so rather than using quieter electric mowers etc the professional do it with motor mowers and electric strimmers.  Then there are the BBQs and outdoor parties, with the loud music and conversations, or the kids' parties the worst culprit has a pool so in warm weather kids swarm round there.  There are noise controls for building work and big DIY projects, but many don't adhere to them.  So much for good neighbours.
    • I think the main issue was with the wind - sound waves are physical and will be blown around.
    • I think the request should be to relocate the event to a more suitable site, that would be a win win. I recall that Peckham Common was felt to be too small, which I find surprising. I now wonder if what that really means is less opportunity to expand in future? I agree fishboy, I anticipate a Gala request for 6 days and possibly an even larger footprint.
