This 1.5hr workshop is performed by a Specialist Women?s Health Physiotherapist (Emma Hunter MCSP HPC) and Pilates Instructor (Karen Meek, PilatesForm) and is suitable for women of all ages (new mothers are welcome to bring their babies), it includes:

? Professional advice on your pelvic floor muscles.

? Exercises to aid the prevention and/or management of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

? Advice and practical self-assessment of the rectus diastasis abdominis (tummy gap).

? Top tips to help prevent and/or manage a tummy gap.

? Practical self-assessment of your core abdominal muscles.

? Advice and practical sessions addressing core muscle strengthening, posture correction and return to higher level activities.

When: September 23rd 2015, 1.30pm - 3pm

Where: Dulwich Leisure Centre, 2b Crystal Palace Road, East Dulwich, SE22 9HB

  It was indeed in the vicinity of DKH. I live on the ED estate and I could tell it must be close by because of the noise. When I left my house this morning I found the culprits litter still in the middle of the st. It looked like they had lit a whole box on fire in the middle of the road. My cat jumped out of her skin. I’ll try and report it on Southwark website same as I have had to with other illegal use this week. Any other ideas for what we can do with the photos? Maybe one of the Southwark councillors. It’s outrageous and dangerous behaviour.

  Had another great meal there…. those that haven’t tried it, give it a go.. have a special lunch menu as well so you can get a flavour of the food.
