Has anyone attended NCT Classes @ Christ Church in ED or can you recommend an alternative?

Hi All

I am looking into NCT classes. I am due in January and am thinking of booking onto a course in December which is being held at Christ Church East Dulwich.

Has anyone attended this class previously? If not, can anyone recommend an alternative?

Best alternitive is to not bother with NCT.

Unless it's mainly for meeting people having babies at a similar time, but you can do that via this section of the forum.

I recommend Ariadna Sole's classes, she is a local practising midwife who is excellent at helping you prepare for birth and bond with a group getting ready for a life changing event!

I wanted to have the expertise of a midwife and felt that the course gave me the practical tools and confidence to be ready for whatever happened.

Thanks. I think a class of some sort to give me some basic knowledge and to meet new mums can only be a good thing. Ariadna has emailed me and I have read some great things about her in the forum so I will definitely look into this further. Thanks
