pilatesform Posted September 14, 2015 Share Posted September 14, 2015 HiI am an experienced, qualified Pilates instructor with specialist training in teaching exercise during and post pregnancy.It is advisable to adapt the type and position of exercises during pregnancy; Pilates in pregnancy is a safe, effective and beneficial form of exercise. These small group classes are suitable to attend from your second trimester and include exercises to help improve pelvic floor function, pelvic stability, good posture whilst aiming to also help release areas of tension with mobilising, stretching and time for relaxation.The small group classes are due to start in OCTOBER - maximum of 10 places available.Tuesday evenings - 8.15pm-9.15pm - Goose Green - SE22.
