An Inspector Calls - Jeremy Corbyn

What an excellent BBC adaptation of the play - just as relevant today maybe as in it's setting of 1912.

Having watched it I felt Inspector Goole could be Jeremy Corbyn.

Attempting to prick the conscience of a nation.

No - the play (not a book) was always Goole.

Which has the Ghoul conotations....

A marvellous adaptation and I also felt rather apt on the day after Corbyn's election.

I have also noticed strange astrological phenomena - the unexplained convergence of three stars in the heavens and - only this morning - the image of a kindly, bearded man appearing on my morning toast.

I don't think his dad was a carpenter, Jeremy was brought up in a manor house and went to private school. I suppose some carpenters earn good money.....
