Young female professional looking for a double room to rent in Dulwich/Honor Oak Park area.

I am working in the creative business so ideally I am looking to share with creative people who are easy going and like to socialise but also value their privacy.

I'm a clean and respectful person who enjoys cooking/baking at the weekends and spending time with friends so probably won't be at home much on my free weekends :-)

Maximum budget ?700/month including bills.

Thank you

Hi there

i am currently looking to rent my house out for a short term period whilst i will be travelling for 5 months on the 12th October to the 31st January 2015.

Such short notice but my sister was meant to move in but she has a change in circumstances.

I have a wonderful 2 double bedroom, 1 single room, lovely big garden, walking distance to forest hill train station, sainsburys and all the shops in forest hill.

I am looking for ?150 per room

all bills included.

Please call on 07530666622 for more information and pictures. Lucy

    • I'd try the Dulwich Village or "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think those areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.
    • Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance.  The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.
    • This is an utterly foolish and alarmist statement, completely at odds with reality.
    • I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
