read the post it's says " Will go to best offer made " so whats mean about my offer if i did not make an offer that would be mean lets see if he takes your offer now i made the offer as a joke as the seller did not give a price.you must be joking as well as you offer is only ?30 do you know the cost of this to buy.and you only gave him this POOR OFFER.looks like we are all as you say "MEAN".

why should the buyers not take the p*** when i think the seller is taking the p*** put up something to sell with NO PRICE what would you do if shops did this i bet you would say they are taking the p*** ,but this sell has done this.

think he is taking the p*** don't you ??

No, actually. I think he is just asking for offers and see what response he gets. No starting price is not indicative of value and does not indicate final offer either. Ebay has starting prices of 1p and build up from there.

Without stating what a resaonable offer is, it's quite acceptable to start low.

I did promise myself I wouldn't get involved but I totally agree with Ken78, by the way Dulwichfox how are sure that the person wants ?70?, are you both selling this item together, as you seem to be taking this personally. I have brought a few items worth over ?100 from here, and some people have sold it for must less (its a individual preference).

this is dulwich forum NOT EBAY and most sellers on ebay set a price but you can't see it, if he wanted to auction this he should have said.

    • Initially, when all the discussion took place at Bradbury some of existing building was to be demolished which meant that 3 flats would go but these residents would have to wait until new building erected to be housed. No indication has been given as to where people would be placed during building. I am glad that the tree is to remain - Bradbury residents contacted various environmental groups to lobby for tree to remain. I gather that there is likely to be a question of restricted views to be made by Wood Vale residents as 5 stories is significantly higher than current building.
