Pilates is for men, women, all ages and all fitness levels. It encourages the use of the deep, core muscles, whilst also integrating the other muscle groups so that your movement combines stability with mobility. Pilates is also recommended by physiotherapists and osteopaths.

I have over 20 years of teaching experience and qualified through The Body Control Pilates Association (www.bodycontrolpilates.com), to teach mat and studio equipment, with specialist qualification in ante and post natal exercise and training for pilates & low back pain and osteoporosis. I am fully insured with a current first aid certification.

The Monday morning classes are held in Dulwich Village, SE21 - 10-11am

  Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

I dont know.

  Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here buys Bonne Maman jam? I’d love to upcycle the empty jars if you're planning to throw them out. I'm hoping to make my own jam and would really appreciate using those cute jars for it. Thanks
