I need someone to do a few jobs

I'm looking for someone to do the following jobs for me -

- replace one wooden fence post which is set in concrete

- attach some trellis to a wall

- remove the roots of three bushes I've taken out of my garden

Well I've jsut used Andy for interior stuff (bed assembly, mounting things on walls, etc) and can definitely give a recommendation!! I'm sure he'll be good with gardens too.
