part of my ceiling has fallen down - recommend a builder anyone?

I had my roof repaired but I think the damage had already been done and part of my ceiling fell through the other day. I am looking for a good builder who can replace the whole ceiling a put up new 'victorian' coving too. Has anyone had this done or can anyone recommend a builder who would do a good job on this? Thanks!
