Regular Cleaner Wanted

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am in need of a regular cleaner at our apartment on Underhill Rd. The apartment is fairly small, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and small hall way.

We rent it our on a short term basis on AirBNB so we require the cleaner to clean the entire apartment as well as change the sheets on both beds and put fresh towels. All clean linen and cleaning products and equipment is provided.

The first date will be the 13th October, and would be at least once a week following on from that till the end of 2015.

If anyone can advise a cleaner please contact me.

Thank you,

Tim

Hi Tim. I have a friend Tania, a Bulgarian woman, who is an excellent cleaner and is looking for more work. Her English is not good, but she understands everything connected with cleaning and knows her job. She is very reliable. My phone for the initial contact 07723583255 Mariela

We would greatly recommend our cleaner Romero. He has been cleaning for us for several years, always with great care and attention to detail. Recently a couple of slots have come free in his week so he?d like to take on a house or two near us to make a day of coming to East Dulwich or Forest Hill. As well as being a cleaner, he is a very charming man, very gentle and solicitous with our children, and happens to be an accomplished samba dancer and choreographer when he?s not cleaning.

His details are: 07986 968335, [email protected].

    • Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We're really glad to hear you were happy with the underfloor heating work and that Sam took great care of everything. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to him. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! — The Trade Hub Team
    • the real question is what to do about it - who to hold accountable and who is actually willing to engage, or will it escalate to residents taking legal action, as with Brockwell Park last year? it could be worth connecting with their group, although I think they are Lambeth, joint forces may be more powerful.
    • I'm sorry to hear this - there is too much of this around. Your son did the right thing to let go of his possessions - I hope he's not too shaken up and certainly not taking it personally, or thinking he should have done something vigilante style like fighting back. We live very close by and are usually out in the evenings with the dogs - hardly ever see anyone so will take extra care from now on.
