Please see third post and attachment for latest status! Lovely 4-bed house in Ulverscroft Road available now for short term let whilst we are in the (long and painful) process of selling. Ideally suit people moving out to do building work or between houses. It is a lovely comfortable house in a great position.

Having had two sets of lovely short term tenants since August, our buyer has today just lost his buyer, so we are kind of back to the drawing board! Anyone needing short term rental from now on for up to 3 months (shorter is fine) please get in touch. We are being crippled by our mortgage (which is our own fault) but need to cover at least part of the expenses. Looking for ?1900 including bills and internet per month. Morning,


We will be looking for somewhere to live for about 4 months whilst we have building work done. The work will start around March but I guess you hope to have sold it by then?

      Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

      Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.       A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
