toast
Fiona Colley Labour Member for Nunhead, has sucessfully pushed for the Children's Scrutiny Committee to start an investigation into Primary School Places in Southwark at their next meeting in early October. This follows this years admissions nightmare were many families who put their closest school as first choice were places the other side of Peckham as there are just not enough school places! 15 families were going to have to be placed OVER two miles away.To learn more see thread in Family Room Primary school places 2010, or support your local community by joining the East Dulwich and Peckham Rye Facebook page. If nothing more you get to see all the input from many of your local councillors and get to know those running in the local elections May (ish?) 2010.Please do support local families and joinhttp://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=120669739604&ref=ts Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/7948-ed-is-being-scrutinized-by-gov/ Share on other sites
