Help needed to dispose of unwanted paint

Hi we are moving house on Friday and due to timescales/work etc. I just don't know that I can get to the dump to do this on time (& removal companies will not take paint). If you are able to offer this service (or want paint for free) please text me on 07782645112 to arrange/quote. I will need to see some kind of guarantee that it will be either used for other paint jobs or alternatively disposed of properly at a facility as I am vehemently against fly tipping.

Please note some of it is a couple of years old and I cannot make out some of the colours - it will be a case of potluck I'm afraid ... our houses have always been done in grey/off whites so probably in those tones! Cheers Mrs J

  Thats the most WTF mental road scheme in London. I drive it every day hoping that I might see a cyclist making the most of this crazy road. I rarely see one, certainly fewer than one a day. I can’t help noticing that Southwark and Lewisham are under the spell of Sadiq Khan's innumerate gnomes. But that’s the green lobby for you all mouth and no maths. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for saving the planet, I just want to know that properly dressed grownups who don’t have blue streaked hair are in charge of that. Oh well, I’m off to Sainsburys with my three small kids to do my weekly shop now. They’ll have to carry their share of the bags as we fight to get on the bus. Then they’ll have to walk the half mile from the stop to our house. Maybe I’ll get one of those child murderer cargo bikes and a grin of unmerited entitlement. There We Are Then.

  I find that if you give your name and mobile number when replying and say when you can collect (eg I can collect this evening at X) you are far more likely to be successful. I also prioritise people who say please and thank you - simple manners. You can also block people who fail to show or respond in a timely manner.
