Damp Expert Required!

Hi - just going through past threads; looking for a damp expert to check on some condensation/damp on an exterior wall. Had a guy lined up who I will spare the embarassment of naming on here but let me down FOUR times with some excuse or another, often without letting me know so looking for advice of others if anyone can help
