Someone to do a few small jobs (now closed)

tHank you to everyone who had PM'd me, as I have had quite a number or responses, I am sure I will find someone from those who have OM'd me. Thank you to everyone who responded.

I need someone to come and quote me for doing a few jobs around the house which need doing ....

Small fireplace that needs painting (it has been plastered)

Some tricky lightbulbs (those that screw directly into the ceiling) that need replacing (quite a few around the house!)

small light on oven hob needs replacing

Look at taking out and replacing extractor fan in bathroom (current one is making a rather loud rumbling noise when turned on!)

And a few other small tasks .....

If possible I would like a quote before starting job, and to make sure we have the right tools, and other bits needed to start.
