If you are a Personal Trainer in and around the Dulwich area, our private personal training studio is available for hire. We are currently on a recruitment drive for talented Personal Trainers with an existing client base. Additionally if you are a newly qualified trainer we will be able to refer clients to you. Our goal is to develop working relationships in which dedicated personal trainers can feel encouraged to rent the space and grow their clientele. Rent is entirely negotiable; as a guide we are happy to start on a sliding scale from as little as ?100 for the first month. Our hourly rates are also extremely competitive.This is the perfect opportunity to establish yourself in the industry.

  As the days shorten having evening fireworks for e.g. birthday parties becomes more realistic, the idea that fireworks is only about Guy Fawkes day or New Year's Eve is not a rule. I personally do not like fireworks, but other do, and I would see no reason to stop other's pleasure. I am sure the local Puritans will object, and there are issues about disturbing wild life with unexpected noise. But I'm in favour of simple pleasures. And many do like fireworks.

  Most churches rent out halls for children's' parties but rarely adult parties, Christ Church only does afternoon parties, The East Dulwich Community centre hires out halls to 9 pm only and all music needs to be on a sound restrictor as is in a residential area. St Johns with St Clements have a small hall but not sure if they allow adult parties. Nunhead Green has a newish community centre with a couple of different size halls. Most places seem to charge around £40 ph with a deposit of £100/200 (returned if no damage or excess cleaning needed.
