Hello,

I live on Sydenham Hill and am looking for someone to run with around the Dulwich Park/Sydenham Hill area ideally, could also stretch to Crystal Palace Park.

I'm quite flexible in terms of times - mornings, evenings and weekend depending on plans.

I'm not a novice, but I'm certainly not a hardcore long distance runner either! I used to run 10k a few times a week, but lately my fitness level would be starting at 5k and hopefully (!) progressing from there.

Get in touch if you're interested.

Hi Charlotte, a small group of us meet on Monday mornings at 0930 at dulwich to run 5 K, plus sometimes on other mornings during the week. We are pretty slow, but like to stagger 5 K through the woods and other local runs.

Call me on 07808720016 if you are interested in giving it a try. We may be too slow for you but are all expecting to improve oevr the winter.

Louise

    • Similar deal to those Hive City guys who also camp outside of M&S, also a dodgy CIC rather than a charity
    • please report this to the police - were there any witnesses? She should face charges. the owner should not allow dogs off lead - I'm so sorry this has happened.  It would be good if you can identify her - are there cameras - in the cafes around? - follow her, find her address and report her. https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/ac/animal-crime/ also report to the park wardens so they can be found Your Local Council: Contact them to report issues in parks or public areas, especially if you know the dog or owner, as they investigate under local bylaws and the Dangerous Dogs Act. https://www.gov.uk/control-dog-public/report-a-dog
    • This is just dreadful.  Do you have this woman's contact details? These  are probably the last things on your mind at the moment while you are looking after your poor puppy, but firstly, the dog who attacked is  clearly both dangerous and out of control. Can it be reported to the police? Secondly, surely the owner is responsible for your vet bills? I do hope your puppy recovers quickly and so do you and your husband and children. It must have been really traumatic for all of you. Some people just shouldn't have dogs if they don't know how to train them.
    • Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am writing to seek advice and recommendations regarding a dental matter. I need to have my dental implant (UR1) removed due to ongoing issues and discomfort. If anyone has experience with this procedure or knows of a skilled dental professional who specialises in implant removal, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Additionally, any insights on what to expect during the process would be extremely helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best regards, Nicole
