recommendation for fitter to install extractor fan in kitchen

the job probably needs ducting to be fitted either up chimney into a new external hole outside, we need to work with you to find the right type of extractor for a space that used to part of the old chimney/fireplace as essentially the cooker is in what was many many years ago the fireplace. ineffective extractor fan already in place.
