TV retune problem

Since retuning the TV as advised by the message that kept pooping on screen, the "blank" channel that I watch DVDs on has disappeared. It used to be analogue channel 6. I can get the sound for DVDs but no picture if I am on "AV1". Does anyone know how to get the DVD channel back please? Any advice welcome. It is something of an emergency as I have 3 episodes of series 7 of The Shield left and was planning on watching in big screen luxury rather than laptop tiny screen.

sounds like you have the DVD player connected with a composite (aerial style) cable - you would be far better off switching to a SCART, or better still component cable

Don't retune ITV NOW a "Loose Women" is on.

I'm sure you could pay someone to re-tune it, but you'd be better off doing what SeanMacGabhann suggests... just get yourself a SCART cable.

I don't think it's a matter of retuning. You need a scart. See what Sean said.
