Builder required to replace concrete stairs with wood/metail

Our 1st floor flat has a set of concrete steps leading to the garden. They are cracked and falling apart and need to be replaced.

I have had 3 builders come round to look in the past few months but none have given us a quote all saying that it's not in their skill set.

The leaking steps are causing damp in the ground floor flat and I'm sick of getting nagged all the time so if you are a builder that can help or know a builder that can, please, please get in touch!
