His communication about the appointment times and date was excellent giving me confidence that it would all happen on time2. He was punctual and was incredibly professional 3. He approached the job with intelligent suggestions without being too "salesy" 4. He investigated things fully before making suggestions and was generous with him time not rushing the investigation part of the visit5. When he came to do the work he was incredibly tidy6. Price-wise he was reasonable All in all I can recommend Slavek and will be calling on him should I need more work done in the future!
