I have just finished a course with Jelly Belly's pregnancy fit class. It was brilliant, very informative, and extremely small class sizes so they can tailor exercises for individuals which is extremely helpful especially if like me you have SPD.


They also do post natal classes too.


If you are thinking of doing an exercise class I would strongly recommend this class as it is not to full on but just right to keep you on track during pregnancy and strengthen your core!
