Hi everyone


I would love to welcome interested families to book into one of my forthcoming free taster sessions for Sing and Sign classes. The new term starts in January 2016.


The dates are:

FREE TASTER SESSIONS AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW - THESE SESSIONS ARE FOR NEW FAMILIES PLANNING TO COME TO CLASSES IN JANUARY 2016.


Vauxhall - Wednesday 9th December - St Anne's and All Saints at 11.00 a.m.


Herne Hill - Thursday 10th December - South London Dance Studios at 10.30 a.m. (TBC)



East Dulwich - Thursday 10th December - Punk Me Up caf? at 1.45 p.m.


East Dulwich - Monday 14th December, - Punk Me Up caf? at 1.30 p.m.


Crystal Palace - Tuesday 15th December - Kumon Centre at 10.30 a.m. (TBC)

In January, I will be offering Sing and Sign Babies, Stage 1 and Stage 2 classes across venues in Southwark and Lambeth. I will also have a limited number of slots available to run private classes in a couple of afternoons.

    • Have you considered PIV - positive input ventilation. We retro fitted a Soler & Palau super quiet in-line fan system. This takes cool air from the outside ans is ducted into the loft. It is really quiet and very efficient. It is controlled by a reverse thermostat ie one which shuts the system off when the temperature drops to a set level. We are very pleased with it especially as it costs a fraction of a/c and provides greater flexibility in terms of location of vents and ducting.

I had no idea that trees are connected underground by fungal networks. They use them to share nutrients, water, and even to send signals to each other. They can recognise their kind and give more support to their “relatives” than to other trees nearby. They can also remember things like droughts or pest attacks and change how they respond in the future. No wonder so many cultures and spiritual traditions view trees as sacred. In some belief systems, cutting one down is thought to carry serious karmic consequences. When you learn about how they live, communicate, and support one another, it makes sense. The natural world is far more aware and interconnected than we tend to realise.
    • I installed an all-in-one air conditioning unit at my holiday home since I wasn’t allowed to have an external fan unit outside.
