LV0210
Hi,Unfortunately the sprinkler company I used have done a poor job and the ground floor of my house is flooded.I would like to hear your experience if you have had to claim through a company's Public Liability Insurance, what happens and how long did it take to pay up or resolve the issues. Also did they compensate for inconvenience caused? I was due to move back into my house following renovation works but that is not going to happen now.Thanks. LV0210
I don't want to do that because my premiums will be affected and I am not at fault here. JimiSayo
I was speaking to a Quantity Surveyor at a network meeting today. She is an expert witness for damages claims arising from botch jobs like what you describe and will do you a written report on the cost of repairs and how to set about getting recompense. Her name is Angela Lyon and she has almost 40 years residential and commercial experience in building and surveying matters. Very sympathetic and level-headed in times of crisis like this. 0208 679 6363 (Orbital Chartered Surveyors).
