Tickets for Christingle service

Does anyone know where you can get reserved seating tickets for the Christingle service at St John's from? I asked at the Goose Green centre the other day, but the staff there didn't seem to know what I was asking about. I've got family coming at Christmas and want to take the little kids to the service and don't want to be turned away at the door if it has got too packed by the time we arrive. I couldn't see anything on the Church's website about tickets.

I don't think it's ticketed. 1st come 1st serve. They're doing 2 this year because it gets so busy.
