Wanted: 1-2 bedroom property close to Peckham Rye station

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 or 2 bed property, flat or small house, somewhere close to Peckham Rye station (preferably north of Peckham High Street). We are looking to move mid-January, and to spend around ?1250 a month in rent. Some outside space would be amazing but not essential if the place is right. References can be provided from previous landlords.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
