Offered for sale, amazing period wardrobe. Beautiful patina, lovingly restored and maintained. Finished with Danish oil inside and out, lovely and clean and undamaged.


With original metalwork, locks, inc original key that locks both locks.


Bought at the Antiques Emporium, Griffin Mill for ?250. Make us an offer!

W: Max (across top): 136cm, body width 122cm

D: 61cm max, 52cm body


NB: splits in half for easy transportation, top comes off so easy to move for two people. This would fit in an estate car/people carrier in sections.

    • They seem to think that it's residents are green. As in naive that is given the amount of dishonesty and cobblers that they come out with. Its like buzzword bingo. Sustainable, organic, green, stake holders, local jobs blah blah blah. Absolute cobblers and box ticking.
    • Surely it has to be "the knocking shop" (1860s slang) as it is the oldest profession around 😅 It always surprised me that one used to operate on Bawdale Road, just around the corner from the old police station (so I've been told 🤭) 
    • The closing date from the survey is in two days. 
    • I don't think the baths have been "in continuous operation"? They were closed for renovation. I can't remember exactly when, but I remember some "discussion" on here because the pool  could/should have been made longer and/or deeper, and wasn't. Itv certainly has a relatively shallow deep end, and it's a pity that people can't dive
