We are looking for a clean & tidy, non-smoking professional person looking to house-share with us.

The room we are renting is a large double, available furnished or unfurnished. It is located on the ground floor of a large, airy quiet, Victorian 1890's house with very large garden. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, and a lounge/dinning room. The rent is 725 pcm including bills and the room is available from 20th January.

The house is on Mundania Road close to Forest Hill Road. It is a 10 min walk away from Honor Oar train station, and good walk or bus ride to Peckham Rye Station. Peckham Rye Park is a 5 min walk away. The 63 and the 363 busstop is very close.

We are two professional easy-going women.
