I am pleased to be attaching details of the next MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course that Jonathan Clark is running in East Dulwich.

The course is a New Year course and will run for 16 hours. There will be 5 Thursday evenings 7.30pm to 9.30 pm from 7th January to 4th February as well as a day workshop on Saturday 23rd January from 10.30am to 5.30pm.

Courses have been very popular and successful with extremely positive feedback. Jonathan is a very experienced and highly recommended teacher. It's a great way to start 2016 on a very positive note for self caring and development. A tool for life....

This course will consist of meditation and relaxation techniques designed specifically to help overcome the effects of stress and anxiety.

These well documented MBSR courses are run extensively throughout the UK, pioneered originally in USA by John Kabatt Zin and by Mark Williams in the UK. The approach has been clinically proven to reduce the negative effects of stress and anxiety enabling people to cope better and lead happier lives. In recent years these courses have been widely endorsed by both the medical profession and the media.

If you have already done a Buddhist Meditation course with Jonathan this will be a way of taking the core practice of Mindfulness further. It is also suitable for people with no previous experience of meditation.

    • Shame, that's a bit boring. At least the Poundland fulfilled the need of cheap basic toiletries.
    • Andy Burke Plumber  December 2025 Andy was recommended and I'm so glad he was! I generally don't like inviting strangers into my home for any reason really but when you have a repair you have no choice. Andy is a kind, very pleasant  decent guy. But most of all he's, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work! He wants to solve the problem for you and keep the customer happy. He was very kind to work around my schedule to sort my repairs. I live alone and I'm very comfortable in his company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's what you want in a tradesman. Someone who's decentand really talented. I'm so glad I crossed paths with him. Andy goes the extra mile to resolve your issue. Don't think twice, just book him!! 07983 688451
