Help - our dishwasher has broken!

We are in urgent need of someone to come and fix our dishwasher.

At the end of the cycle it did not drain and now there is a tap symbol lit up on the display.

My husband has disconnected the end of the outlet pipe and there doesn't seem to be a blockage so we think there is something wrong with the pump.

Its a Neff dishwasher S54M45X5GB/82

Can anyone repair this for us asap?
