Popping to the reuse and recycling centre by any chance..?!

Kind of a longshot but I am trying my best not to pay southwark council ?16 for a service they only recently provided for free and was wondering if anyone was going to the recycling centre off old kent road or pass that way to work etc, unfortunately I am not driving at the moment and have bulky waste to get rid off.

I am willing to give petrol money.

Barnet Council did two free collections a year, one in January. They provided skips nearby for a day or two and let residents know.

Some things put outside are a good find for others in need. It makes one big broken item expensive when relying on the council! They shouldn't have bought that sort of charge in!

Depending on what you are trying to get rid of we may be able to help. We are heading there today to get rid of a few things so don't have an enormous amount of space but may be able to fit some bits in!
