I know it's been mild so far this year but it's bound to change sooner or later... Right?

Anyone know a good log source? I'm sick of buying poor quality logs from garage forecourts

I use this place http://thelondonlogcompany.blogspot.co.uk/p/free-delivery.html as having tried a few suppliers, this lot proved to be the best (decent quality logs, properly dried, reliable delivery). They have now introduced a minimum order of two big 'boot bags' if you get them delivered, but that amount should last you some time (depending on what sort of wood-burning stove you have) if you have space to store them. You can also collect the logs yourself from their yard in Deptford.

There is a scaffolding company on Southampton Way with a sign that they have free logs - ask inside - just thought I would mention it.

Ended up getting a supply from a chap called Liam that lists on edf

So far so good.. Properly needed in this cold snap
