newly upholstered cinema chair

I have a newly upholstered cinema chair in very good condition. The upholstery is a soft grey and hasn't really been sat on. It of course flips down when you sit on it and up when you get off. I bought this chair and have just never really found a spot for it. I paid ?80 for it but make me an offer!
