Smoothies, Juices - inspirational recipes?!

Further to the current thread on blenders / juicers - can anyone recommend recipe books or share individual recipe ideas? Looking particularly for green smoothie ideas (so not too heavy on the sweet fruit content). Also anything else you use your blender for (homemade pesto, other sauces)? Considering buying mill attachment too (we have a Magmimix LeBlender) - anyone tried making homemade nut butters?
