Wanted: Mon-Fri room from March/April - NOW AGREED, THANK YOU

My wife works in the City and is currently staying Mon-Fri with a couple in East Dulwich, just off Lordship Lane, but they're emigrating this summer and the furniture is being shipped out end-April, so we've just started looking for a new Mon-Fri base for her. We live in Devon, she gets the train in on a Monday morning and comes back Friday afternoon, so it would typically be a Mon-Thur night stay. I often come in to London for a day or two each week, usually in on Tues morning, stay over Tues night then head back to Devon on Wednesday evening. We're normally gone by 8am and are rarely back before 7pm. We're both professional non-smokers in our early 30s and references from our current landlord can be provided. Our preference would be for a quiet house and an en-suite. Pets are no problem (in fact my wife's one of these crazy cat people so that would probably be an advantage) If this is something you could help us with please let me know. We travel into/out of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations so we can't be too far from either. Kind Regards, Stephen.

GOOD EVENING .i m didier french male ,52 nxt month.been living in ed for 16 years. i m a pastry chef and work on park lane mainly mon fri 8 /17.my ex partner is moving out end of feb,it s not a ensuite,but i m out by 7 am,no much cooking at home anymore execpet week ends.it s aground floor ,wooden floors all round,the room overloke the back east facing garden,quiet large lawn ,a bit of which i use for vegs in summer,...cant beat a goat cheese toasted on some organic leafs and toms in the summer!my ex parntner is moving out end of feb,so happy to repaint the bedroom wall to your choosen colour.my interests are travelling,cooking,green issues,gardening and camping......i m single ish,so i guess i could be out on tue eves sometimes.the rent is 600 plus 120 for all bills,water ,gaz ,electricity,phone calls,internet wifi,council tax.netflix or else/more if needed. a cat has also moved in 6 years ago,very sleepy,friendly and looked after!!i m off thus till mon to santander this week.my mobile is 07975616976.. feel free to contact me if interested regards didier

I think my room would be perfect as I usually let it Monday to Friday. My current lodger does a very similar thing and communtes back to York on the weekends but has just moved offices to Leeds so she is giving up our room. Our room is lovely and peaceful....sadly our cat recently died, though.
