Looking at up-grading the car, currently our oldest is in a kiddy guardianfix. Would most like to use the maxi cosi pebble + iso fix. We have a double buggy which would need room too. Which car is going to fit 3 big car seats and still have room for double buggy and isn't a bus? Is it possible?
Cars like the S-max and the Galaxy are probably your best bet and once you drive them 2-3 times are really easy to get used to. The Touran will fit 3 ERF car seats, 2 adults and a double buggy - tried and tested. The front airbag also turns off very easily so a car seat can go in front. Touran has floor storage which can make some car seats a problem so consider that.
We have a Touran too which housed three kids in car seats and a double buggy. We did have to tAke the the two front wheels off the buggy to fit it in (side by side abc buggy which is pretty big) but we preferred that than buying a bigger car. I did like the S max as well though when we looked at it..

    • Seems to be back on now although pressure reduced especially for hot water via boiler. Hopefully I can have a shower in the morning.
    • It’s far too hot. Dogs should not be out and you’re right to post this.
    • Agree that you have to be so careful dogs in this heat… but please dont judge so quickly.  Its one thing if you see a dog at midday being thrown the ball endlessly, but if you see a dog en route / somewhere - You dont know if that dog was being walked to the vet for an emergency appointment.. or taken to a friend’s house that is cooler etc.  And if they live in a flat, they might desperately need to be taken out for a quick pee / poo !
    • I know,  absolutely crazy.  A dog has never died because it didn't have a walk, but dogs do die if walked in this heat. Perhaps the owners should put on a thick fur coat, take their shoes off and jog round the pavements, and see how that feels! 🤬
